Danas mi je poslednji dan odmora. Znate onaj osećaj težine u stomaku kad si svestan da sutra krećeš da radiš, a ti ne želiš da prihvatiš da je kraj odmoru, pa u mislima stalno iznova evociraš neke skorašnje bitne događaje, ukuse, slike. Pa još kada posle svih praznika dobiješ poklončić, kako onda da i dalje ne osećaš da su praznici.
Ovo me je juče dočekalo u sandučetu od drage bloggerke Pečurkice. Hvala još jednom, već mi je omiljeni 🙂

Today is the last day of my vacation. You know that unpleasant feeling in your stomach when you are aware that tomorrow you are starting to work again, but you just don`t want to except that it`s the end of the vacation, so in your thoughts you reminisce different event, tastes, pictures from the previous days, over and over again. And when you get a present even the all the festives have already passed, how can you not feel that festives are still alive!!!!

A ovo je nešto od slasti koji smo sebi priredili za prohujale praznike. Rafaelo kuglice svi znate, a ovom prilikom ću sa vama podeliti recepte za kolače Čokoladne-rum sveće i Rozen kolač od maka.
Kolače sveće sam pravila po ovom receptu. Moja izmena je podrazumevala to da sam i čokoladu i prepečene lešnike zajedno samlela u multipraktiku, i to ne skroz do praha, jer volim da mi lešnik krcka u ustima. Takođe sam od gore topila belu čokoladu sa mrvicama plazme, što je dalo dodatni efekat “krckanja”, a i zanimljivije mi izgleda. Sve zavisi od ukusa…
Rozen kolač od maka (posna varijanta)
(Pravila ga je sestra, otprilike po ovom receptu):

1 pakovanje posnih kora za rozen tortu
600g rmaka
350gr šećera
500gr vode
1 posni margarin
1 limun

bela čokolada
U sud sipati šećer i vodu da provri i lagano popariti mak, dodati i 1 margarin. Kore za rozen tortu premazivati mešavinom isceđenog limuna i vode, filovati makom i tako dok se ne potroši sav materijal. Ostaviti kolač da se stegne. Potom ga preliti belom čokoladom.

And this is something from the sweets that we made for the previous festives. You all know Rafaello sweets, so this time I`ll share the recipe of two different sweets: Chocolate and rum candles and Rosen cake with poppy seed.
Chocolate and rum candles
2 egg whites
2 vanilla sugar
200g scrambled hazelnuts
200g scrambled chocolate
3 teaspoons of rum
white chocolate (I used the one with biscuit crumbles)
Scramble chocolate and hazelnuts (which you first fried a bit on the stove) in multipractic. Add egg whites, rum and vanilla sugar. Shape these little cups or balls, depends on the taste, and pour melted white chocolate over it. Leave some hazelnuts and decorate the sweets with them on top.

Rosen cake with poppy seed

rosen cake layers
600 g of poppy seed
350g sugar
500g water
1 butter
1 lemon
white chocolate

Pour sugar and water in the pan. When it boiles pour poppy seed and than add the butter. When it`s done cover each rosen layer with the mixture and leave it to get cold and firm. Then pour melted chocolate over it and you`re done!
