Spicy chicken with guacamole dip /////// Pikantna piletina sa guacamole dipom

Ovo je bio jedan lagani ručak, koji se svideo čak i mom momku, koji inače ne voli da eksperimentiše sa hranom 🙂 Već sam imala imala napravljen dip od avokada, a ostala mi je i piletina u zamrzivaču, pa
je tako nastao ovaj lagani ručak, kao kombinacija postojećih sastojaka.

This was one easy meal, which even my boyfirend liked, who doesn`t liek to experiment with food 🙂 I have already had some leftovers of guacamole dip, as well as some chichken in the fridge, so that`s why spontaneously this easy lunch came, as a combination of the ingredients I already had.

Potrebno vam je:

 Za guacamole dip:

 2 avokada

 2

manja paradajza

 1

lajm

 1 čena belog luka

  pola crvenog luka

  malo peršuna

 
so

 
 Marinada:

  500g

pilećeg belog mesa 
  1

lajm

 
maslinovo ulje

  malo peršuna

 1

kašičica ljute aleve paprike

 1

kašičica belog luka u granulama

Napraviti guacamole dip tako što ćete u
blenderu pomešati sve navedene sastojke. Avokado mora da bude mekan (ako
ga kupite tvrdog, ostavite ga u kesi da odstoji nekoliko dana u
frižideru). Presecite ga na pola, nožem izvadite košticu, i kašikom razdvojte
plod od kore. Gotov dip odložite u frižider. Pileća prsa istucajte i umočite u
marinadu. Zajedno sa marinadom je promešajte u kesici za zamrzivač, i
tako ih zajedno ostavite da odstoje u frižideru oko pola sata. Nakon
toga, piletinu propržite u ulju. Kada je gotova, servirajte je sa
guacamole dipom od gore.
Piletinu sam poslužila sa barenim ječmom, koji sam potom propržila sa prazilukom na maslinovom ulju.
Tako jednostavno, a tako ukusno! Prijatno!

Ingredients:
For guacamole dip:
2 avocados
2 smaller tomatoes
1 lime
1 garlic
hald of onion
parsley 
salt
Fo marinade:
500g chicken breasts
1 lime
olive oil
parsley
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of powder garlic
Guacamole dip: blend in a mixer all the ingredients. Avocado has to be ripe – if you buy it green (thick and hard), lay it in a naylon bag in a fridge for a couple of days. Cut in half, take out a nut from it with a knife, and with a spoon take out the fruit from the peel. Leave the finished dip in the fridge. Put the chicken in the marinade in a naylon bag, mix it, and leave in the fridge for half an hour. After that, fry it in a pan. When it`s done, serve it with a guacamole on top of it.
I served the chicken with boiled barley, which I then fried with leek in olive oil.
So simple, and yet so tasty! Bon apetite!
